Ok, I got it

1. Always tot by groups. The larger the number the safer you are.

2. Always have some form of light on you. Flashlights work wonderfully.

3. It's always good to have a noise distractor. A whislte or fog horn makes it great for people to help you if you ever run into trouble. This is also a way to make an attacker back off.

4. Never eat candy as you go unless it's been pre-approved by a trusting adult.

5. If you are asked into someone home with out an adult just say "No thankyou" no matter what they may offer.

6.While it may be rude to refuse candy or other treats from a home that are not packaged simply say your not allowed to have it. If they continue to talk you into taking it, tell them it will just go to waste.

7. All candy and treats should be consealed in a plastic package that has never been opened.

8. Homes with the lights off normal means they do not want to particapte in the halloween tradition. Just skip there home and go to the next.

9. Always keep in mind Halloween is a time for laughter, joking and pranking. You should never do anything that your mom would get upset about. Just go out there, get candy and have a lot of fun.
